GoDinePOS – Refund Policy

At GoDinePOS, we take pride in delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality restaurant management and POS solutions for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations.
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.


1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users to explore and evaluate GoDinePOS before making any payment.

  • During this trial period, you can access key features and assess the software’s suitability for your restaurant operations.

  • No credit card or payment details are required during the trial.

  • The trial period is designed to help you make an informed decision before subscribing.


2. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees

Once you upgrade from the trial to a paid subscription, the fees paid are non-refundable.
This policy applies to all subscriptions, whether monthly or annual, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

However, exceptions may be considered in specific cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • Accidental renewal after cancellation (if not used).

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@godinepos.com within 7 days of the transaction.
When requesting a refund, kindly provide:

  • Your registered account email,

  • The invoice or transaction ID, and

  • A brief explanation for the refund request.

Our billing team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.


3. Automatic Renewal

All paid GoDinePOS accounts are set to auto-renew by default to prevent service interruption.
You will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

To avoid unwanted charges, please ensure you cancel your plan before renewal if you no longer wish to continue.


4. Notification of Fee Changes

If there are any changes to GoDinePOS pricing or subscription fees:

  • You will be notified at least 10 days in advance via email before your next renewal date.

  • The updated fees will take effect on the following billing cycle.


5. Billing Information

It is your responsibility to ensure all billing and payment information (e.g., credit card details, billing address, tax ID) is accurate and up to date.
Failure to maintain valid billing details may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.


6. Purchase Orders (POs)

If your organization requires a purchase order for internal tracking, it must be provided at the time of purchase.
Please note:

  • Any additional terms or conditions printed on your PO will not override or alter GoDinePOS’s Terms of Service or this Refund Policy.

  • Only the terms set by GoDinePOS and Web Integrator Ltd. are applicable.


7. Taxes and Charges

All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax), unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes on our net income.


8. Abuse or Misuse of Refund Policy

GoDinePOS reserves the right to deny or revoke refund privileges if we determine that the refund policy is being abused, such as:

  • Multiple refund requests for repeated subscriptions.

  • Fraudulent payment activities or misuse of trial periods.

  • Attempting to gain continued access after cancellation.

In such cases, GoDinePOS may suspend or terminate the related account.
