Welcome to GoDinePOS, an all-in-one Restaurant Management and POS solution designed to streamline dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations. This document serves as a legal agreement between you (the “User,” “Customer,” or “Client”) and GoDinePOS, a product owned and operated by Web Integrator Ltd., duly incorporated under applicable laws.
By accessing or using GoDinePOS, whether by explicit acceptance or through continued use, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form the foundation of our service relationship.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Explicit Acceptance via Interface Prompt
When you first register or log in to GoDinePOS, you will be prompted to review and accept these Terms of Service.
By clicking “Accept” or “Agree,” you provide explicit consent to be bound by these Terms, signifying your full understanding and acceptance.
1.2 Implicit Acceptance by Usage
Alternatively, if you use GoDinePOS without explicitly clicking to accept, your continued use of the software constitutes implied acceptance of these Terms.
This includes navigating, interacting with features, or using any of our services.
Both explicit and implicit acceptance methods are legally binding and indicate your consent to this agreement. Please review the Terms carefully to understand your rights, obligations, and responsibilities as a GoDinePOS user.
2. Provision of Services
GoDinePOS provides a comprehensive suite of tools for restaurant management, including but not limited to:
Point of Sale (POS) System: Streamlined billing, order tracking, and sales management.
Table & Reservation Management: Efficient table booking and dine-in operations.
Online Ordering & Delivery: Integrated modules for takeaway and delivery services.
Inventory & Kitchen Management: Tools to track ingredients, stock levels, and supplier data.
Financial & Reporting Tools: Analytics, revenue insights, and accounting integration.
Staff & Payroll Management: Scheduling, payroll, and attendance systems.
Customer Relationship & Loyalty Programs: CRM tools to manage feedback, loyalty, and retention.
Dynamic and Evolving Services
Continuous Improvement: GoDinePOS may periodically introduce new features, updates, or design changes to improve performance and user experience.
Change Management: Certain aspects may evolve in response to technology, user feedback, or legal requirements.
Notification: Users may receive notices via email, in-app alerts, or our official website regarding significant updates or changes.
Discretion: GoDinePOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time.
3. User Obligations
To ensure a secure and compliant experience, GoDinePOS users must adhere to the following obligations:

You must provide true, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
Keep your contact, payment, and business information updated to avoid service interruptions.
3.2 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use GoDinePOS in compliance with:

3.3 Prohibition of Automated Access
Automated bots, crawlers, or scripts are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
You must comply with our system’s usage guidelines and refrain from interfering with normal operations.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Account Suspension or Termination
GoDinePOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:
Violation of Terms: Breaching any clause of this agreement.
Risk or Legal Exposure: Actions that expose GoDinePOS to potential harm or liability.
Inactivity: Free or trial accounts inactive for over 60 days may be closed.
Commercial Viability: If providing service becomes economically unsustainable.
You will be notified via email or in-app message regarding any change in account status.
Data Handling Post-Termination
Upon termination:
You will lose access to your account and data.
GoDinePOS will handle your data in accordance with its Data Retention Policy and applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
5.1 Ownership
All software, visuals, and intellectual property within GoDinePOS belong to Web Integrator Ltd. or its licensors.
You are not granted ownership or license beyond what is required for use.
5.2 User-Generated Data
You retain ownership of data (e.g., menus, customer lists, order records) entered into your account.
By using our platform, you grant GoDinePOS the limited right to host, store, and process such data solely for service delivery.
5.3 Prohibited Use
Unauthorized copying, resale, modification, or redistribution of GoDinePOS materials is strictly prohibited.
Violations may lead to termination and potential legal action.
6. Support and Technical Assistance
If you experience technical issues or require support:

In-App Support: Submit tickets directly via the GoDinePOS admin panel.
Our technical team strives to ensure prompt issue resolution and secure handling of your data during troubleshooting procedures.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Subscription Fees
GoDinePOS operates on a subscription model.
Details of pricing plans and packages are available on our official website.
7.2 Billing and Renewals
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually.
Renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
You will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.
7.3 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and secure online gateways.
7.4 Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility and timelines.
8. Modifications to Services
GoDinePOS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
While GoDinePOS aims to deliver continuous, high-quality service, we do not guarantee that:
The software will be free of interruptions or errors.
All bugs or defects will be immediately resolved.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
GoDinePOS, its affiliates, or employees are not liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Liability shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for GoDinePOS services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh (or your country of registration if specified in your agreement).
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
